We operate a busy warehouse supporting our online store, wholesale customers, and marketplace orders, with a strong focus on accuracy, presentation, and customer service.Role OverviewWe are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Part-Time Warehouse / Order Processor to support daily order fulfilment and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in accuracy, and can work efficiently as part of a small, friendly team.You will be responsible for picking, packing, and processing customer orders, ensuring every parcel leaves the warehouse correctly packed and on time, as well as assisting in customer service enquiries.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Processing & DispatchPick and pack customer orders accurately from picking listsProcess orders through warehouse systemsPrepare parcels for dispatch using couriersEnsure correct labels, paperwork, and shipping methods are appliedAssist with packing wholesale and trade ordersAnswering telephone Processing returnsStock & Warehouse DutiesAssist with stock checks and general stock organisationPut away incoming deliveries in the correct locationsMaintain a clean, tidy, and organised warehouse environmentQuality & AccuracyCheck items for correct size, colour, and condition before packingEnsure presentation meets Equetech’s brand standardsFlag any stock issues, damages, or discrepancies to manageMonitoring status of goods and informing customers of any delaysSkills & ExperienceEssential:High attention to detailAbility to work methodically and accuratelyPhysically able to carry out warehouse tasks (standing, lifting parcels, packing)Reliable, punctual, and trustworthyComfortable working independently and as part of a teamGood IT skills and ability to learn new technologyDesirable (but not essential):Previous warehouse, fulfilment, or retail stockroom experienceFamiliarity with e-commerce order processingInterest in equestrian products or clothingEquestrian disciplines knowledge advantageousWhat We OfferFriendly, supportive working environmentStaff discount on Equetech productsOpportunity for additional hours during busy periodsCompany Pension scheme (following probation period)20 days holiday + bank holidays (pro-rata)Salary £21,157.50-£25,350.00 per annum (pro-rata)
