    About the Role:This role works hands on within our factory environment, partnering closely with Production Managers and shop floor teams to ensure quality standards are consistently met to BSI level.You will be visible on the shop floor, supporting teams day to day by monitoring quality, coaching where standards are not being met, and helping embed best practice across production.
