Reporting to the shop manager you’ll play a key role in keeping our shop clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and colleagues.What you’ll doMaintain high cleaning standards across the shop.Focus on keeping customer and staff toilets clean, stocked, and usable.Vacuum, mop, wipe down surfaces, and empty bins as required.Help us consistently meet our shop standards to support a great customer experience.Work in line with all Health and Safety regulations.Hours and working patternShop opening hours: 8am–10pm, Monday to Sunday.Typically 3 shifts per week, including weekends and bank holidays.

In this role, you will support shaping the global web tracking strategy, orchestrate delivery across engineering, analytics, marketing, and compliance, and manage cross-team dependencies to ensure consistent execution. You will partner across teams to deliver complex, high-impact initiatives, such as re-platforming, consent changes, and major front-end releases, while safeguarding data quality and proactively resolving issues. A key responsibility is translating technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical stakeholders and executives, ensuring alignment, confidence, and informed decision-making.


    Key Responsabilities:

    Qualifications

This role will play a key part in delivering accurate financial information, driving process improvements, and providing insightful analysis to stakeholders across the business.Key responsibilities: Management Accounting & ReportingPrepare monthly management accounts, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to reporting deadlines.Complete balance sheet reconciliations to agreed deadlines, investigating and resolving reconciling items promptly.Collaborate with the wider Finance team on financial reporting requirements and process improvements.Support the month-end close process, including accruals, prepayments, and journal postings.Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data.Provide ad hoc support for budgeting and forecasting activities.Contribute to ad hoc projects by providing financial insight and commercial support.Stakeholder CollaborationCollaborate closely with Finance, Procurement, and cross-functional business teams.Deliver ad hoc analysis with stakeholders to understand key business drivers and financial impacts.Provide analytical support to inform key business decisions.Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders to deepen understanding of the business and its requirements.Act as the primary contact for invoicing queries from internal stakeholders and external suppliers.Support the timely processing of supplier invoices and escalate issues as required.Coordinate purchase order creation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policy.Financial Control & ComplianceMaintain robust financial controls and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.Assist in preparing audit files and deliverables for interim and year-end audits.Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and statutory obligations.
    Qualifications

     Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance is advantageous but not essential.Experience in planning, forecasting, and delivering insights through financial analysis.Strong Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables).Experience in financial reporting and data presentation.Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.Proactive, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.Professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or qualified by experience.Availability for an immediate start is desirable.
