Job Ref: 4861 /p p br /p p THE ROLE: /p p You will provide practical, commercially focused advice on a broad range of employment matters, including day-to-day HR issues, disciplinary and grievance procedures, safeguarding-related employment matters, senior appointments and exits, restructures, and the employment aspects of academy conversions, mergers and governance changes. In addition, you will draft and review employment contracts, policies and staff handbooks, while developing strong, long-term relationships with governors, headteachers, bursars, Chief Operating Officers and other senior leadership teams. /p p br /p p THE CANDIDATE: /p p Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE in Employment Law. Previous experience advising education sector clients would be advantageous, although candidates with a genuine interest in developing a specialism within the education sector are equally encouraged to apply.
