This role offers the opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team environment that values professional development and high standards of client service. You will handle a mix of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, overseeing transactions from start to finish. Responsibilities will include reviewing contracts, managing enquiries, reporting on title and searches, liaising with lenders and third parties, and coordinating exchange and completion while ensuring regulatory compliance throughout.THE CANDIDATE:Solicitors or Legal Executive, with a minimum of 2 years' PQE who are confident managing their own caseload of residential property matters are encouraged to apply.
