Working alongside an experienced Partner, you will manage your own varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, advising a broad client base ranging from SMEs to multinational organisations. Your workload will include employment tribunal litigation, restrictive covenant disputes, TUPE, restructures, senior exits, contracts, and policies, as well as supporting corporate transactions.
