JOB REF:4040 This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded practice handling a unique caseload whilst simultaneously delivering a high standard pf service to the firm’s clients. Applications are sought from Contentious Probate Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years PQE in contested probate and court of protection matters. You will be responsible for a varied caseload of contentious probate matters and specialist Court of Protection matters. Working knowledge of Court of Protection matters and proceedings under Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 would be advantageous. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
