This role will play a part in ensuring that this is the reality across England. We are looking for one person to join our Operations team as the Health and Wellbeing Manager. This is an exciting new role, that will lead on and implement a health and wellbeing plan, aligned to the ambition set out in the England Golf Strategy and strengthening our influence within the health and wellbeing sector. You must be able to demonstrate: In-depth understanding of health and wellbeing principles and their application within sport and physical activity. Knowledge of national health and wellbeing strategies, policies and frameworks. Strong leadership and strategic planning skills to develop and implement organisational health and wellbeing plans. Capable of gathering and analysis of information. Excellent communication and influencing skills capable of engaging with senior management, boards and external stakeholders. Project management skills, including the ability to oversee multiple initiatives and deliver outcomes on time. Competence in preparing reports, presentations and guidance materials. The post is full-time, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. The position is based at the England Golf Headquarters, The National Golf Centre, The Broadway, Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire, LN10 6PU, with hybrid working available following a 6-week induction. There is potential for the role to home based, with regular attendance at the headquarters.
