The Role and ResponsibilitiesA new and exciting permanent role has arisen for a Finance Analyst here at EnerMech based in Aberdeen. This is a full time role reporting to the Finance Manager. Main duties and responsibilities will include;Support coordination of month-end close activities, liaising between local business teams and SSC to ensure timely completion of all closing procedures Support collection and validation of month-end information, review journals support documents and calculation, liaise with other departments (e.g. HR, Global assets management team) for queries resolution and confirmation of amendments/corrections/reallocations as required, ensure accurate and complete data submission to SSC for processing and reporting. Identify and coordinate resolution of month-end issues through SSC ticketing system, escalating complex matters to leadership as required Support SSC R2R team in producing, validate and corrections of regular monthly management reports. As needed across core finance activities such as Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, Paycost journals processing, overheads, accruals and provisions journals, validation of accounts and physical invoice administration. Provide General and ad hoc support to the SSC for vendor queries and unposted invoices as appropriate and requested by the Finance leadership team.  Support the Financial controller in review and submission of local statutory reporting and other legal, compliance and statistical reporting. The RequirementsTo be successful for this role you will be Qualified of working towards an Accounting Qualification. You will have experience in financial reporting, statutory accounts preparation, or a similar role. You will also have a solid understanding of IFRS and their application in financial reporting.  You will be proficient in Excel, and have experience with ERP systems or a financial consolidation software is a plus.You will have a proven track record in being analytical along with being strategic thinking, and excellent problem-solving skills.Diversity & InclusionEnerMech is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive organisation.     The role? An exciting new role has arisen for a Lifting Superintendent to work on the largest Nuclear project in the UK for EnerMech. This is a permanent role that will run for the duration of the project. The role will be based on site in Bridgewater, Somerset. This is a site based role reporting to the Lifting Manager. The role is responsible for oversight of all site lifting activities ensuring work is carried out in accordance with approved lift plans using certified lifting personnel, equipment and accessories (the successful candidate shall be designated to a nominated location on the project). Other main duties will include;
    Report to the Area Lifting Engineers, & Lead Lifting Supervisor providing support/technical input as required.Supervise lifting operations, ensuring work is carried out in accordance with approved lift plans (SSOW) using certified lifting personnel, equipment and accessories.Stop any lifting operation from occurring if they have any concerns over the safety of the lift.Identify lifting issues at site level and report using the SOR system.Report and record all lifting related near misses/accidents/incidents.Monitor and/or audit lifting operations, including the management of lifting equipment.Monitor all variations to lifting documentations, ensuring that they are reviewed/approved by the required individual’s prior to the task commencing.Maintain detailed site logs and records of all lifting activity in support of the effective execution of project contract.You are?
    To be successful for the position you will hold the following;
    CPCS Crane Supervisors Blue card (Competent)CPCS Slinger-Signaller Blue Card (Competent)Significant experience of supervising lifting operations in an environment of construction sites,- Also beneficial including marine, Heavy Lift and General Lifting Operations - both on and offshoreConstruction Industry KnowledgeAdvanced experience of working within Heavy Lift Crane Operations Plant and equipment – both onshore and offshoreFull understanding of slinging and signalling techniquesDemonstration of successful participation within international teamsStrong communicator, both written and verbally

    The Role and ResponsibilitiesAn exciting new permanent opportunity has arisen within our Cranes and Lifting department for an Advanced Scaffolder/Rigger/Deck Crew. The role will be to work on a 3/3 rotation based in the North Sea. The opportunity is to work on a new contract with promising longevity.Duties will include;Maintain scaffolding and to oversee all aspects of construction & fabric maintenanceCarry out weekly scaffold inspections & record keeping updating registersEnsure at all times that all rigging / erection work is completed, in compliance with LOLER regulations and to a high standard of safetyUnderstand Lift PlansUndertake appropriate Risk Assessments (RA) in order to complete work scope in a safe and controlled mannerThe Role and ResponsibilitiesTo be successful for the position it is essential you hold a CISRS Advanced Scaffolder and Level 3 Rigger certificates. Ideally you will also hold a Banksman/Slinger ticket as well. You will have previous offshore experience and hold valid BOSIET/MIST certificates.It is preferred but not essential if you also hold all or some of the following certification; ERT, HERTL, HLO, Fire Team Leader.Diversity & Inclusion

Reporting to the Stores Supervisor you will be responsible for the coordination of all stores functions including stock control, incoming and outgoing stock and materials. Other main duties and responsibilities will include;Accurately maintaining and monitoring stock and stock levels, advising requirements to procurement for timely reordering.Booking incoming stock and materials into the ERP system, matching up purchase orders, checking quantity, quality, and certification of incoming productsPick and issue all stock requested for workshops and business lines including raw materials and spares, locate in designated area and updating ERP system dailyAdvise procurement and relevant business line of any shortages against requested stockCoordinate the secure packaging and marking of finished goods ready for shippingProcess job returns locating stock or excess raw material and updating ERP systemParticipate in periodic rolling stock counts as determined by the Stock and Materials Manager or audit requirements.Investigate any stock discrepancies and escalate as appropriateThe RequirementsTo be successful in this position you will have strong stock control experience and have previous experience in goods in/goods out.
