    We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Buying & Merchandiser Administrator. Working in a busy and forward-thinking team, we are looking for someone who can deliver an excellent service to both our suppliers and internal customers. What you'll be doing: Key responsibilities Assist buyers during market by downloading line sheets, writing orders using the in-house END range plan tool and entering orders onto portals.Serve as a primary point of contact for brand support, verifying order confirmations and processing order amendments in the system while managing enquiries.Gather customs data, RRP's and ensure all information is accurate and up to date before raising purchase orders.Proactively upload and manage purchase orders in alignment with the critical path to meet seasonal targets.Make amendments to purchase orders as required by the Buyer, Merchandiser, ASN or Goods In teams.Manage system cancellations as directed by the Buying & Merchandising Team, conducting weekly monitoring of under-delivered styles. Handle product names changes, category changes, colour changes and price adjustments (Selling & Retail) as well as product resyncs between D365 and Magento. Chase intake from brands and monitor expired delivery windows, as well as under-delivered units, providing feedback to the wider team in weekly trade meetings and taking appropriate action. (Cancelling balances, returning overages)Collaborate with Buying & Merchandising Team, Warehouse and brands to address product product queries prior to deliveries, ensuring efficient stock processing and timely resolution of discrepancies.Manage files and documents (Sharepoint, ST Reports, B2B Logins etc)Attend and contribute to weekly meetings by communicating insights from reports, key deliveries/launches and brand initiatives, conduct system testing, Handle Return to Vendor processes., support in coordinating launches/launch dates and manage ad-hoc administrative tasks.     Support the planning and delivery of CRM campaigns, including email, push notifications, and SMS, in line with the CRM calendar and brand objectives
    Build and schedule communications using our CRM platform, ensuring all content is accurate, tested, and delivered on time.
    Work with the CRM Manager and CRM Assistant to shape the CRM calendar and support the delivery of lifecycle and trade-focused communications.
    Use the CRM platform to segment audiences and tailor messages to maximise engagement and customer relevance.Manage the QA and testing process for each campaign, ensuring all sends meet brand standards, legal compliance, and technical accuracy.Track performance and contribute to weekly channel reporting, surfacing insights and learnings to inform optimisation.Support the setup, testing and performance monitoring of automated journeys (e.g., welcome series, post-purchase, winback)Lead on A/B testing and experimentation across content, design, and timing to improve performance and engagement.Conduct regular competitor and trend analysis to help evolve the CRM approach and bring fresh ideas to the team.Support the CRM Manager with platform optimisation projects, tool integrations, and roadmap delivery. Who we're looking for:
    Experience in a CRM or email marketing role, ideally within eCommerce, fashion, or retail.Hands-on knowledge of CRM and email platforms (e.g., Ometria, Klaviyo, Salesforce, Emarsys)
    Familiarity with segmentation, customer journeys, and lifecycle marketing.Strong organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
    Comfort working with performance data (e.g., open/click rates, conversions) and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and looker studio. regular competitor and trend analysis to help evolve the CRM approach.
