Support all Quality Control processes and procedures. Develop and implement service/maintenance tracking and reporting system, ensuring repair progress are documented and reported; and ensuring compliance to manufacturer/warranty policy. - Maintain relationships with vendors and order necessary parts to complete repairs. Establish and provide reporting on key repair metrics and ROI.
