Billy is a wheelchair user and is non-verbal, however he understands direction and instruction very well. Staff who support Billy should be patient, attentive and include him in all aspects of daily life and activities. Billy enjoys spending time with others and especially loves visits from his mum, dad, sister and brother-in-law. He enjoys getting out and about on outings, watching people and traffic, and being involved in everything going on around him. One of Billy’s favourite activities is attending his music group, which he really enjoys. Billy requires full support with all aspects of daily living including medication, personal care, meals and general day-to-day support.
