    This role Our HR Support Consultants are partners to our clients and are responsible for gathering information and ensuring their continued support and success after implementing our Employment Hero HR product. In this role, you will be supporting our customers to ensure accuracy and correctness of HR compliance and legislative conditions of employment for our clients. Addressing customer issues with professionalism and care, and escalating to the appropriate teams where necessary.Your key focus areas will be Supporting customers post go-live by resolving HR-related queries with care, speed, and accuracy Driving confident HR platform adoption and usage by offering proactive guidance and compliance expertise Contributing to ongoing product and process improvements using customer feedback and insights Reducing HR support escalations by providing effective first-touch resolutions and knowledge-sharing This will includeYou will provide support to clients after they 'go-live' by walking them through updates needed or how to troubleshoot in a variety of ways, such as award interpretation and platform configurationYou will respond to HR related queries from internal support team members and external clients via email, phone and the Employment Hero platformTake on client and team HR escalations for our customersAssist with requirements gathering to run post mortem's and run internal support team workshopsAssist with troubleshooting and client queries; coordinate with internal teams for successful deliveryYou will work closely with your team of Support Consultants and lead the HR platform adoption to meet each client's specific requestsYou will help to build and continually improve documentation, and embrace new & existing technologies to improve the way we provide service, both for our customers and for our internal team of Support ConsultantsYou will be creative, aiming to simplify and improve processes to help team operations run more efficiently and increase client happiness.Who you are To thrive at Employment Hero, you’ll need to embody The EH Way - operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact. HR & Payroll Implementation Consultants are responsible for gathering information, creating and delivering training to our customers to ensure they have the knowledge and skills required to proficiently operate and administer our software. You will be a primary contact point for our customers during training & implementation process across both Employment Hero HR & Payroll, and you'll work closely with them to understand their unique needs, configure our software, and provide support to ensure a seamless transition.Your key focus areas will be:Working with both HR and Payroll teams to deliver great outcomes for our customersDesigning, developing and delivering Payroll and HR implementation workshop content to multiple clients based on best practiceDelivering training to clients on payroll implementationsDesign, develop and support content creationEducate clients on best practice using the Employment Hero & KeyPay platformRespond to customer communications and queries during the implementation within SLAManage a portfolio of clients concurrently and ensure they have a successful implementation journey Work closely with clients who may need more support in understanding the platform and troubleshooting issues Build strong working relationships with fellow Customer Experience (CX) team members and external teams to continuously drive improvement in what we do and how we do it Ensure the data in our business management systems (e.g. sales, support, project management, time tracking) is accurate and current Continuously update all administrative requirements as part of the role to ensure reporting and data accuracy is a priority Constantly review and improve our delivery processesWork with the wider business to drive forward continuous improvement initiatives As a subject-matter expert provide guidance and support to other team members as needed.Who you areTo thrive at Employment Hero, you’ll need to embody The EH Way - operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact.For this role, you’ll also bring:3-5 years of Payroll & HR implementations / training experience, both client facing and processingA knowledge of current UK legislative payroll requirementsCreation and maintenance of learning content to support new products and assist with implementations and platform adoptionPayroll or HR Implementations experience required to understand the complexities and nuances of an implementation journey Excellent communication skills to keep fellow team members and also client engaged and providing an excellent customer service Stakeholder management with both internal and external teams to drive change and improvement in the services we offer Time management skills, bring dependable in the workplace and managing a challenging workload when need Scheduling management to effectively manage a high volume project portfolio.
