What You’ll Be Doing
Leading, supporting, and motivating a team of five
Managing goods in and goods out with high accuracy
Arranging direct-to-site deliveries using in‑house vehicles and drivers
Reviewing and improving the new Quality Control function with the Supply Chain Manager and Production Manager
Maintaining strong stock accuracy and reporting through Inflow WMS
Driving continuous improvement and organisation within the stores area
Ensuring safety, compliance, and high housekeeping standards
Coaching and developing staff to raise performance
What We’re Looking For
Experience supervising in a warehouse, stores, or logistics environment
Strong understanding of stock control and goods in/out processes
Confident using digital systems (Inflow WMS experience is a bonus)
A hands‑on leader with strong communication skills
Proactive, organised, and improvement‑driven
Able to operate effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting
Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30 (overtime available, including occasional weekends)Salary - £29,000 per annum
