In this role, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple sites, driving consistency, innovation and excellence in teaching and learning. Acting as the Strategic Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL Level 4), you will embed a robust safeguarding culture and champion best practice across all educational settings. You will lead and develop senior education staff, including Headteachers and School Business Coordinators, ensuring effective performance management, succession planning, and professional growth.     As the Head of Education, you will: Provide strategic and operational leadership across all hospital schools to ensure consistency, quality, and innovation in teaching, learning, and curriculum delivery. Oversee governance/management committee and compliance, ensuring all educational sites meet statutory and regulatory standards, including safeguarding, JCQ, and health and safety requirements.
