Define sales strategy and communicate to the retailer network through video, email and live webinars
Analyse retailer composite reports and business performance tools to identify site-by-site performance gaps, improvement opportunities, and financial upside, translating insight into clear action plans.
Produce regular and ad-hoc performance reporting for senior stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across the network.
Create monthly reporting updates on progress of key objectives to the network and Our UK Senior Management Team.
Constantly review suitability of KPIs and adjust where necessary
Be point of contact for all relevant suppliers and manage tender process for contract renewals.
Manage team of three professional sales trainers. Set objectives, conduct reviews, and report to Our UK Senior Management Team on team activity and results
Visit key retailer partners to ensure sales strategy is understood and gain feedback.
Undertake ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Departmental and our UK Senior Management Team
