The role of a Credit Controller is responsible for the Credit Control department in the department. This includes ensuring appropriate control of debtors and creditors to minimise the business economic losses and responsible for all general administration.
Your Mission at Elis To ensure that the company operates in line with all legal requirements including Health & Safety and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements at all times. To ensure that the company's vision, values and policies and procedures are adhered to at all times. Ensure that department tasks are conducted correctly and on time. Manage debt and retention in accordance with commercial terms. Achieve target daily calls to customers and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently. Produce reports for Country Unit Credit Control. Develop, implement and maintain guidelines for internal/external customer relations in the Credit Control department. Ensure optimal utilisation of qualitative and quantitative resources in the department. Report salaries, payments and absence to the salary office. Actively participate in creating a good and attractive work environment through the Company Values. Handle a ledger as part of a credit control team. Responsible for own cash allocation as outlined by the Line Manager. Maintain accurate & up to date customer details & account records. Work with a minimum of supervision on collection of overdue accounts. Use initiative & imagination to achieve targeted results whilst promoting customer goodwill. Make adjustments, handle queries & resolve problems within company guidelines & policies. Handle disputed accounts & negotiate to bring payment into line with terms. Undertake complex reconciliations & compile documentation for legal action

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer, who will report directly to the Senior Engineer / Engineering Manager on site. They will be accountable for the completion of work, including ensuring that the work is completed in a quality and timely manner. They will provide support in relation to all maintenance tasks and projects being undertaken, including day to day breakdown, PPM, equipment updates, new installations, and building/infrastructure upgrades.
The position requires shift work across Monday to Saturday, on Shift Rotation across 3 shifts (Days, Afternoons, Evenings).
Your Mission at Elis To ensure all PPM activities are completed on time as required, feeding back information to the Senior Engineer to improve the PPM system and activities. To work closely with the Engineer on the opposite shift to ensure all handover of ongoing activities is carried out every day, and sharing all other information and practices as required. To provide knowledge and input into continuous improvement of plant, machinery, and maintenance activities. Work with the Senior Engineer and Engineering Manager to identify long running problems and suitable solutions. To ensure that as part of the Engineering team, always look to improve equipment performance, reliability, and running costs for replacement parts and consumables. To undertake repairs to equipment in a safe and timely manner ensuring that Production is constantly updated on progress. To undertake remedial engineering works to equipment or site as instructed by the Engineering Manager. To ensure any risks of safety or failure of equipment or site are communicated to the Manager. To work with the Senior Engineer and Engineering Manager to ensure that contractors are working safely on site and adhering to site Health and Safety rules and procedures. To ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with the Site Health and Safety instructions and the SSG Health and Safety manual, as well as in accordance with relevant engineering standards. To report any incidents, accidents and near misses in accordance with Health and Safety Policies. To ensure that equipment provided for the protection of health and safety is maintained and used appropriately, and in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. To ensure that safe systems of work and best practice procedures are adhered to. To ensure good housekeeping standards are maintained. To ensure the Company's disciplines, rules and standards are maintained. To ensure the company assets are maintained to achieve maximum efficiency. To maintain excellent communication between Production staff and co-workers.
What will make you stand out? Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Electrical Installation 18th Edition. Electrical Installation Maintenance. Mechanical Fabrication/Maintenance. Electronic fault finding to component level. Ability to develop effective working relationships across all levels of management and staff and work as part of a team. Must possess a recognised qualification relevant to the role (e.g. mechanical or electrical C&G). Skilled in both Electrical and Mechanical trades: Apprenticeship with indentures preferred. Preferred knowledge of other engineering disciplines including pneumatics, hydraulics, steam systems.

About the Role:
The role of a Onboarding Manager is to ensure a trouble-free start-up and collection change that meets the contractual agreement. You will plan and coordinate installations working closely with all internal departments and teams and liaising with customers to overall support the Elis mission to develop and provide value-added textile, hygiene and safety solutions
Your Mission at Elis
• Prepare project plan for start-up/collection change with clear milestones. • Set up new customers on Internal System (AX) and keep the installation monitor up dated with all comments.
• Plan and monitor start-up/collection change activities such as size fittings, wash tests, reporting requirements etc.
• Verify operational capability to deliver according to agreed service levels.
• Monitor that customer implementation is in line with contractual agreements, agreed timeline and escalate to Sales & Account Management and Operations
• Keep customers and internal stakeholders updated on Start-up progress
• Monitor expected lead times throughout and keep all updated during weekly installation meetings.
• Participate in start-up/collection change of international and national contracts when relevant.
• Engage with relevant internal resources to ensure contract is implemented according to agreed timeline and plan corrective actions if necessary.
• Verify that first delivery meets customer expectations and evaluate start-up project to capture lessons learned
• Highlight to all any concerns you have during the process where we could potentially not deliver on promise.
• Plan relevant customer training e.g. use of services, products etc. to proactively accommodate problems.
