Responsibilities: You will be required to assist the cook in producing hot and cold food in accordance with menu requirements To ensure that portion control is monitored to the required standard Setting and dismantling the dining area Washing up and any other related tasks Ensure the full area of responsibility is clean and appropriately presented To maintain Taylor Shaw standards on personal and kitchen hygiene, Food Safety and Health & Safety, and to operate to the standards required by statutory Regulations Ensure thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of the menu and special offers in order to provide relevant information to customers and clients Ensure that COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures To undergo appropriate on and off the job training and to put this training into practice within the Unit To undertake any other duties by the Cook Supervisor that may be required for the effective running of the Unit.
