We’re seeking a Service Operations Administrator who will become the trusted voice of the service department. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, the organiser behind the scenes, and the person ensuring that service tickets glide from request to completion with minimal friction. When you’re in the room, the whole operation runs smoother.

What You’ll Take Charge Of - You’ll manage the full lifecycle of service operations, including:
Handling service requests and assigning techniciansMonitoring inboxes, notifications, and priority calls throughout the dayChecking technicians in and out, raising flags when delays occurCoordinating parts, materials, deliveries, and warranty processesReviewing completed jobs and ensuring accurate billing and documentationMaintaining customer spreadsheets, reporting, and regular update callsVisiting key customer sites when neededEnsuring technician vans are stocked with essential partsManaging follow-ups, quotes, proposals, logistics, and internal communicationWhat Makes You a Strong Fit - This environment moves quickly, you’ll thrive here if communication is your north star and organisation comes as naturally as breathing. You’ll only need to work in a hybrid pattern during the lead-up to the move.
