This is a coordination-focused role where you'll work across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations and Technology to keep the programme on track, ensuring policies, procedures, governance activities and regulatory obligations are effectively managed. This opportunity is ideal for someone with project coordination, PMO or regulatory change experience within financial services who enjoys bringing structure to complex programmes and working with multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Coordinate delivery of a legal and regulatory change programme. Maintain project plans, governance documentation and the regulatory obligations register. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of legal entities across multiple jurisdictions , ensuring ongoing corporate governance and statutory compliance. Oversee the full entity lifecycle, including incorporations, dissolutions, restructurings, mergers, liquidations, deregistrations and other corporate changes. Coordinate with external company secretarial providers, local counsel and regulatory authorities to ensure timely completion of governance and compliance requirements. Prepare and maintain board and shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney, director and officer appointments, constitutional documents and other corporate governance documentation. Experience working with external company secretarial providers, local counsel and regulatory authorities across different jurisdictions. Hands-on experience with entity management platforms (e.g. Diligent Entities, CSC, Athennian, GEMS or similar). Excellent knowledge of corporate records management, statutory compliance and governance best practices. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines across numerous jurisdictions.
