THE ROLE This is a 10-month fixed-term role, with the potential for extension. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. This role is a full time, fixed term position and works within our current hybrid working structure, where you will be expected to work within our office in London at a minimum 3 days per week. The primary role of the Staffing Manager is to take a proactive role in delivering project excellence by sourcing, training and managing field staff for our client projects. You will be a key member of the team and integral to the day to day delivery of projects, managing a team of juniors and reporting directly into the Business Director, DACH. This not only involves brilliant planning and delivery of individual campaigns but as importantly requires a pro-active attitude that engenders loyalty and buy-in from field teams which in turn ensures that relationships with clients are grown in line with expectations. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    To ensure the Staffing Team are meeting all profile & booking deadlines in advance with high quality staffLooking at ways to support the team in good time for any activities / locations that require additional recruitment outside of our 1CRM – thinking outside the box to ensure targets are metEnsuring staff are accurately paid in a timely fashion and managing any payroll queries – with the support of the wider teamTo recruit candidates (recruitment advertisements, sorting and pre-selection of potential candidate's CVs, telephone interviews)To assure the booking of candidatesTo participate and manage staff training: planning, to prepare training documents, to conduct training, to provide constructive internal feedbackTo manage any administrative follow-up with the staff: employee files creation, contract drafting, payroll, invoicing, expense reports and ensuring all staff are working compliantlyTo maintain staffing database ensuring profiles are updated on a regular basisLook at longer term recruitment strategies to build out our 1CRM with great peopleTo create documents for staff and/or clients: briefs, reports, candidate presentations, etc.To manage any logistics and support service required for campaign deliveryTo manage the staff team on the field: role allocation, management of rotations and breaks, customer intermediary.To collate, process and deliver campaign data for internal and external evaluationProvide leadership to the staffing team to ensure timely and quality of project delivery & help in the development of these individuals.Anticipate any crisis: urgent recruitment, last-minute cancellations, additional reinforcements, replacement at the client's request.REQUIREMENTS & SKILLSA first-class listener and communicator, with a willingness to confront issues and make decisions.Strong project management skills with dedication to timelinesExcellent communication and presenting skills.Ability to work as a team whilst also supporting the development of members of the teamHigh availability and resistance to stressExcellent understanding of the Staffing world and high experience in working on large scale staffing recruitment projectsProficient in both written and spoken English and GermanSALARY AND BENEFITS

    This role offers a salary between £45,000 - £48,000 depending on experience.

This is a full-time maternity cover role, starting on the 19th January 2026, offered as a fixed-term contract for a minimum of 9 months and up to 1 year. The role of the Business Director is to head up all company operations and covers 6 primary areas of focus: Manage all teams within the market being the decision maker. Manage and track markets P&L making informed decisions as per budgets set. Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to reach a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Create operational efficiencies across departments to enable profitable and sustainable business growth.Own the Operational efficiency plan, leading a QEW (Quarterly Efficiencies Workshop) creating measurable initiatives that increase delivery efficiency month on month.Foster collaboration and communication among different departments to break down silos and promote cross-functional efficiency. Encourage knowledge sharing, joint problem-solving, and interdepartmental initiatives to leverage expertise, eliminate duplication of efforts, and streamline processes that span multiple teams. REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Be able to step away from the day-to-day and have a top-level view of the business operations and growth. Lead the team and the business with a positive mindset and composed attitude at all times.Proven experience in a client service /business leadership role within an agency with experience within the event staffing sector. Track record of growing leading world-class teams delivering excellence for blue chip brands.Experience in managing large portfolios of client work.
