    We are currently seeking an experienced Paralegal to join a busy in-house legal team on an initial 3-month, fully remote contract . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong commercial contracts experience who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with internal stakeholders across the business. Key Responsibilities: Review, draft and amend a range of commercial agreements. Key Responsibilities Provide practical, commercially focused employment law advice to HR and business stakeholders across multiple European jurisdictions. Support the management of complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues, grievances, performance management, restructures, redundancies, and terminations. Advise on employment law risks associated with organisational change initiatives and business transformation projects. Partner with HR and leadership teams on workplace policies, investigations, employee disputes, and compliance matters. Work closely with external counsel across various European countries where specialist local law advice is required.
