High Speed Digital and Hardware Design Lead
Salary: Circa £58,000–£65,000 plus annual bonuses
Locations: Stevenage or Bristol (relocation package available)
Hybrid working: 3-4 days per week on-site or less, depending upon project requirements

The Role:
You will be responsible for the electronics design and development of high-speed MPSoC FPGA and AI hardware solutions targeting SDR, radar signal processing and sensor fusion applications.
Work across multidisciplinary engineering teams to support the Technical Lead/Architect to specify elegant and optimised solutions that satisfy customer needs.Focus on the detailed design of high-speed digital aspects, as well as participating in other electronics design activities through the full product development lifecycle.
About You:
Solid experience in complex, high-speed digital electronics design with a strong academic background.Experience in MPSoC FGPA, DDR and Flash memory and high-speed serial interconnect designExperience in SI and PI AnalysisProficiency in VHDL to support board-level testing and debuggingProficiency in C, C++, or Python to support board-level testing and debuggingFamiliarity with DSP concepts for SDR, radar signal processing and optical sensorsAbility to develop elegant hardware architectures through detailed understanding and collaboration with systems, software, firmware, mechanical and production teams
