    As a Transition Project Manager within our IT MSP, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of customer onboarding and offboarding. You will ensure seamless transitions, delivering a high-quality experience that aligns with contractual obligations, technical requirements, and customer expectations. This role is pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational excellence during critical lifecycle stages. Day-to-day at Ekco: Customer Onboarding Lead onboarding projects for new customers, ensuring timely and successful service activation. Coordinate internal teams (Sales, Technical, Service Desk, Security, etc.) to deliver onboarding milestones. Develop and maintain onboarding plans, documentation, and communication templates. Ensure customer requirements are captured, validated, and translated into deliverables. Conduct onboarding reviews and handovers to operational support teams. Customer Offboarding Manage offboarding projects for departing customers, ensuring secure and compliant service termination. Oversee data migration, access revocation, and infrastructure decommissioning. Liaise with Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure contractual closure. Minimise disruption and risk during service withdrawal. Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement. Line Management Transition Engineer dedicated to onboardings and offboardings. Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience in project management within an IT MSP or similar technical environment. Strong understanding of IT services (e.g., cloud, networking, cybersecurity, end-user support). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Familiarity with ITIL, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies. Experience with customer-facing roles and managing expectations. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail. Desirable Qualifications: PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile certification. ITIL Foundation or higher. Experience with PSA tools (e.g., Fresh, Connectwise, Service Now) and project tracking platforms (e.g., Monday.com, MS Project).

    Ekco is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Security Architect with extensive expertise in Information & Cyber Security, IT/OT, and large-scale cloud and on-premises enterprise environments. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate directly with Enterprise Clients to provide expert advice, conduct thorough assessments, and deliver comprehensive programmes focused on Enterprise Cyber & Cloud Security.As a trusted advisor, you will play a crucial role in Ekco's mission to deliver cutting-edge technologies and cyber assurance services to our clients. Your contributions will ensure minimal disruption while enabling highly effective operational cyber programmes. By leveraging your expertise, you will help forge strong relationships with some of the largest organisations in Ireland and globally, including numerous Fortune 500 companies across various industries such as Financial, Life-Sciences, Insurance, Telecommunications, Construction, State, and Semi-State.What you’ll be responsible for: Conduct Cloud Security Audits and Assessments: Regularly perform cloud (Azure and/or AWS) cloud security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards. The Role We are seeking a dedicated ITSM Product Manager whose primary role will be strategically supporting and maintaining the ITSM platform (Freshservice), ensuring it operates as a high-impact asset that contributes significantly to the success and growth of our managed services. This role requires a hands-on approach to the technical management of the system, a keen understanding of IT services, ITIL processes, and IT service management. You will be expected to provide technical solutions to complex business challenges and have a forward-thinking mindset to adapt to the evolving needs of a rapidly growing organisation. 
    Day-to-day at Ekco: ITSM platform management: Ensure the robust operation, configuration, and systematic upkeep of the ITSM platform to meet current and emerging needs. Implement strategic enhancements, customisations, and system updates, maintaining high service availability and functionality.Strategic IT service management: Leverage ITSM best practices to optimise service processes, contributing to the reliability, efficiency, and quality of service delivery to clients. Analyse performance indicators and operational metrics to drive continuous service improvement.Drive Automation and Streamline processes: Utilise native functionality and external automation platforms to work with multi-disciplined teams to breakdown complex processes and streamline them to help drive and adopt automation across the platform.Support & maintenance leadership: Provide expert technical support, promptly addressing system issues to maintain optimal platform performance and user satisfaction. Lead routine maintenance activities, ensuring system integrity, compliance, and security.Client onboarding & business integration: Streamline and manage the onboarding process for new clients, setting standards for excellence from the first point of engagement.     What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT service management and ITSM administration. Certification in ITSM, preferably ITIL, is an advantage. Demonstrated experience in the support and maintenance of ITSM platforms. Proven ability in managing system enhancements and upgrades, with a focus on minimal service disruption and strong change control. Practical experience in the integration of new clients and businesses into an MSP environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful stakeholder engagement. Knowledge of ITSM platforms is essential. Knowledge of Freshservice ITSM solution at an expert level would be highly advantageous. Experience within a Managed Service Provider or fast-paced Enterprise environment.

The Role Our Group IT Team are looking to recruit a Service Desk Engineer for an initial 6-month contract, with the strong possibility of permanency, to provide additional expertise and support during the launch of a number of key strategic projects. This will be a hands-on role, and as such, attendance on site will be required. You will join a team of seven to support Ekco’s operations across the UK teams, and wider global business. Day-to-day at Ekco: Managing your tickets with high quality triaging, notes, communication and customer service. Coordinating with HR to assist new joiners with new user onboardings. Provide hardware break-fix support. Laptop + phone imaging and device inventory management. Coordinating with the logistics team on deliveries of hardware Work with the global team to provide remote technical support for users across all our regions. Assist with the technical maintenance of our UK offices. Basic networking, printing, and infrastructure support. Coordinate with other technical teams and 3rd party vendors. Document changes and processes in our documentation solution when required. Essential Qualities: Passion for IT and Technology Experience supporting hardware and software, at home, school or in the workplace. Confident using Windows and/or macOS Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure, Intune and Windows Server Demonstrable experience meeting deadlines Able to explain basic IT Concepts such as Servers, Clients, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, switches and routers. Ability to learn and research new concepts and technologies independently. Excellent English professional communication skills, both verbal and written. Team player. This role is central to helping Ekco’s clients protect their digital assets, meet compliance obligations, and align security with business outcomes in cloud-first and hybrid environments.This role also plays a pivotal role internally, ensuring Ekco’s service offerings are mature, repeatable, and aligned with best practices in cyber governance, risk management, and cloud security architecture.
    Key Responsibilities
    Serve as the primary security advisor for multiple client organisations Develop and deliver tailored cybersecurity strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks. Conduct risk assessments, define mitigation plans, and report to executive stakeholders and boards. Create and maintain client-specific Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) aligned with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and/or other relevant standards. Guide clients through compliance and audit readiness (e.g. GDPR, NIS2, SOC 2). Regularly deliver board-level reporting, threat landscape overviews, and KPI dashboards. Participate in incident response planning, including BCP/DR strategy, tabletop exercises, and breach communications. Cyber Governance & Risk Management Maintain and monitor risk registers and security KPIs for clients. Establish policies and standards across identity, access, data protection, remote access, and incident management. Collaborate with legal and compliance stakeholders on regional, sector-specific regulatory needs (GDPR, HIPAA, DORA, etc.). Microsoft Solution Expertise (Hands On Workshop Delivery) Deep understanding of M365 security controls, compliance features, and threat protection capabilities with the ability to implement these security controls. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, configurations, and best practices. Deliver engaging workshops on data envisioning and threat protection, tailored to customer needs. Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes for both technical and non-technical audiences. Internal Enablement & Knowledge Leadership Contribute to the evolution of Ekco’s vCISO delivery playbooks, templates, and processes. Support the development of proposals to implement security controls. Mentor junior security consultants and analysts to support consistent client delivery. Provide input into product/service design to enhance Ekco’s security-as-a-service portfolio. Success Metrics Client security posture score improvements (e.g. from CSF maturity assessments) Risk remediation progress (% reduction in critical/high risks over time) Client retention/satisfaction (NPS) Internal maturity of Ekco's vCISOaaS methodology and service repeatability Key Requirements
    7+ years in cybersecurity, including at least 3 - 5 years in advisory, or CISO-type role. Prior experience in Managed Service Providers (MSPs) or consultancy-based models delivering CISO-as-a-Service. Strong knowledge of global regulations and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, NIS2). Proven ability to engage with client boards and executive teams in regulated or high-risk industries. Certifications (Preferred) CISSP, CISM, or CISA ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Auditor CCSP or relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) CRISC or similar for risk/compliance Technical Fluency Cloud-native and hybrid security architecture SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR platforms (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike) M365 Security Contols.
