    MISSION & MAIN ACTIVITIES:The Grounds Maintenance Manager Works Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of planned day and nighttime works for our internal teams. The L&E Works Team Lead will oversee the efficient delivery of works, and compliance with safety and quality standards. This role ensures that planned works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, while minimising disruption to traffic and local communities. The L&E Works Team Lead will coordinate resources and liaise with the L&E Manager, Night Works Manager and Day Works Manager to ensure completion and sign off all nighttime works.     Qualifications
