You will have a strong background working with digital learning materials across diverse educational contexts (public/private, international) in addition to prior experience leading cross-functional curriculum projects.  To be successful in your role, you will be required to work flexibly across functions and cultures, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and leverage modern collaboration and productivity tools including AI-assisted design and content development platforms. You will be comfortable integrating AI tools into editorial and production workflows to deliver high-quality outcomes to deadline.  Key Responsibilities:  Lead the design and sequencing of a coherent Science curriculum across grades/courses, ensuring alignment with relevant standards (e.g., NGSS or other national standards). Create and refine unit plans, performance tasks, and formative/summative assessments. Develop modular, adaptable units that scale from introduction to mastery, with clear scope and sequence, learning objectives, and rationale. Apply evidence-based instructional strategies (active learning, inquiry-based approaches, phenomenon-driven learning, etc.) to optimize student understanding. Design instructional materials for multiple modalities (teacher-led lessons, lab activities, independent study, simulations) and for diverse learners. Integrate AI-enabled approaches where appropriate, such as adaptive pathways, intelligent feedback, automated formative checks, or data-informed personalization. Create performance-based tasks and rubrics that align to standards and assess conceptual understanding, procedural fluency, and scientific reasoning. Work independently and collaboratively to achieve project goals and meet challenging deadlines.
