    About The Role Within our B2B business unit we are on a period of growth. As part of this journey, we want to ensure data and business performance underpins every strategic decision we make. We are therefore seeking a motivated Insight and Performance Analyst to join our B2B Performance & Contract Management team. Their primary role will be to support the development of our transformation plans through the interpreting of complex data sets in order to provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. As a Senior Insight and Performance Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive operational efficiency and business growth. Core Responsibilities… Perform data analysis and apply statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and insights. Interpret data and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner through reports, visualisations, and presentations. Develop data models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights. Participate in stakeholder management activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and support data-driven decision-making processes. Identify data quality issues and work with supporting data teams across different departments to resolve them, ensuring accuracy and reliability of data. Ensure finished products are handed over, signed off and imbedded with BAU. Perform ad-hoc analysis and respond to data-related inquiries from stakeholders. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization. Continuously improve data analysis processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. About You Experience working within the energy and utilities sectorA relevant professional qualification in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Proven experience working as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or analytical environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and interpret large and complex data sets. Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Excel, SQL (MS-SQL/Databricks - T-SQL), Python or R. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView. Solid understanding of statistical methods and techniques for data analysis. Familiarity with data modelling, data warehousing, and ETL processes. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with a keen attention to detail. Present findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner. Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies and initiatives to support company growth and success.     About The Role Ecotricity is looking for an Industry Operations Expert to join our friendly Gas Operations team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing ongoing technical support within the Industry Operations Team and wider business, being a ‘go to’ person for industry data exceptions, supporting industry processes. You will remain up to date on any industry changes and update documentation as appropriate, whilst continuously developing your knowledge to support the wider business. The Industry Operations Expert will remain up to date on all Gas industry changes, processes, system developments and will support with training these changes out to your colleagues. By working at an MPXN level, you will be responsible for improving and maintaining industry data integrity. This will include updating all documentation where appropriate, as well as assisting the Team Leader with change management across the team.  The department is responsible for ensuring a high standard of data integrity across all industry databases and our internal systems. This is done by resolving incoming data exceptions in line with industry regulations. Core responsibilities: Resolve industry exceptions and queries, and maintain customer data held within Ecotricity systems within given timescales Being a technical support for the wider business on Gas industry data queries Liaise with other departments and third parties to ensure that a fair and timely outcome is achieved for customer and industry impacting problems Other projects and ad-hoc tasks deemed in line with the wider ongoing needs of the team and Ecotricity mission Attend all industry/software training days as appropriate, and feed all up to date information back to the department and team leaders Ensuring department meets all industry compliance and regulations requirements, and this knowledge is shared with the team This is a full-time permanent opportunity, which offers the benefits of flexible hybrid working arrangements. Cleaner Responsibilities include: Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated work areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, sanitising kitchens and toilet areas etc. Removing and transporting waste to designated areas.
