    About the RoleThe Data Insights Team brings together a unique blend of capabilities across EcoOnline. It spans “front‑end” report developers and analysts within our Analytics Pillar, “back‑end” data model and ingestion engineers within our Engineering Pillar, and a projects and interface manager embedded in our newly formed Projects, Integration, and Governance Pillar. As a relatively new, centralised team—bringing together talent from across the business—we’re building the foundations for how EcoOnline uses data to make decisions. Our ambition is to deliver a trusted, standardised suite of dashboards and reports that leaders and teams can confidently rely on, while also enabling a scalable self‑service reporting model that puts insights into more hands, faster. 
    Crucially, we’re doing this with governance at the core: striking the right balance between speed and agility on the one hand, and accuracy, data quality, and security on the other. The result is a data ecosystem that empowers the business without compromising trust. Key Responsibilities:Responsible for delivering and maintaining a portfolio of dashboards and key reports across multiple business areas, supporting several teams simultaneously in collaboration with the Business Intelligence Lead. Accountable for capturing and understanding requirements in a timely fashion; Communicating timelines and expectations for delivery on an ongoing basis with stakeholders.  Communicating requirements to the engineering team for development of database tables / views Ensure data integrity and quality by defining and applying validation checks, reconciling data issues, and implementing data governance practices. Stay up to date with BI and analytics trends, tools, and techniques to propose and drive improvements in best practices for BI, documentation, testing, and team processes.  What we’re looking for:
    Proven track record building highly interactive, stakeholder-driven dashboards — able to translate business needs into meaningful reports by challenging assumptions and aligning insights to the underlying data. 2+ years experience working with Power BI and DAX 2+ years experience working with SQL, preferably T-SQL Advanced Excel skills (knowledgeable using formulas, pivot tables, troubleshooting formulas, and optimizing performance of workbooks) Salesforce Sales Cloud experience, preferably with CPQ Microsoft ERP experience, preferably with Finance and Operations (F&O) or Microsoft Dynamics AX Our Benefits:We offer a variety of global benefits which are listed below!     About the RoleWe’re hiring our first Value Engineer to join the Solution Consulting team within EcoOnline’s Revenue organisation.This brand-new global role sits at the heart of our strategic growth plans, partnering with Sales and Success to articulate the measurable value of our EHS, Chemical Safety and ESG solutions. Your focus will be to help prospects and customers clearly quantify value and outcomes, build compelling business cases, and support executive decision-making in key sales cycles. Alongside your work in the field to build and present a case for investment, a key part of the role will be to create and maintain collateral to support the sales teams when you are not engaged.This is a hybrid role based in one of our UK offices (London, Liverpool, or Edinburgh).Key Responsibilities:Engage with prospects and customers to understand strategic objectives, operational challenges, and business and personal value drivers.Lead value workshops to scope and present value and outcome-based business cases.Partner with Sales and Solution Consulting to shape value strategy in key deals and bids.Define and support the end-to-end value lifecycle from value articulation through to value realization.Build and maintain a library of reusable value content and assets.Deliver enablement to our revenue teams on key value concepts and business case creation to drive best practice.Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen value messaging across the entire buyer journey.

    About the Role:We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Manager – Account Growth (EMEA) to deepen and expand relationships across a portfolio of major enterprise customers across Europe. EcoOnline already partners with 600+ enterprise clients in the UK & Ireland and 1,100+ globally, creating significant opportunity to drive cross-sell, upsell and broader multi-product adoption.Your mission is to build long-term commercial partnerships, increase product penetration and unlock strategic growth opportunities within existing enterprise accounts. You will own a defined portfolio and develop structured account plans to maximise revenue, retention and overall customer value.Working across our suite of EHS, Chemical Safety, ESG, Risk Management and Learning solutions, you will engage senior stakeholders, identify white space and lead complex expansion opportunities within large, multi-layered organisations.This is a hybrid, field-based role requiring 1–2 days per week in the London office, with the remainder of time dedicated to customer engagement, strategic account development and on-site meetings.This role is ideal for someone who thrives on stakeholder orchestration, long-term relationship building and driving commercial growth within complex enterprise environments.
    Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow a defined portfolio of large enterprise customers.Build strong relationships across multiple levels, including C-suite and operational leaders.Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell strategies, mapping white space and multi-product opportunities.Lead expansion and renewal cycles typically ranging from 3–9+ months.Partner with Customer Success to ensure strong value delivery and retention.Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Solutions Consultants and RevOps to maximise account potential.Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts and CRM hygiene.Represent EcoOnline at customer meetings, QBRs, sector events and industry forums.
    What we're looking for:Experience selling enterprise SaaS into complex organisations.A strong record of account expansion, renewals and multi-product selling.Skilled in stakeholder management, solution discovery and commercial negotiation.Ability to orchestrate cross-functional internal resources through complex expansion cycles.Comfortable managing long, multi-phase sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.Clear verbal and written communication skills.Experience within EHS or related domains is helpful but not essential.
