We are working with a leading telecommunications company based in Cambridge who are looking to add a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position.
Key responsibilities will include: Take ownership of reviewing and defining supplier and quality management. Implement quality strategies. Provide regular feedback and reporting to key stakeholders. Regularly conduct audits and reviews on agreed suppliers. Assist with quality inspection. Assist wider business functions with supplier improving supplier quality. Able to travel internationally when required.
The successful candidate will have: Electrical/Electronics or Mechanical Engineering Degree BSc / BEng / HND qualification or relevant experience. Experienced working within a Supplier Quality and or Quality Engineering position. Excellent communicational and organisational skills. Strong experience conducting supplier reviews and audits. Experienced with IS0 9001, PPAP, ESD Controls. Experienced with root cause analysis. Experienced supporting and developing junior team members.
