About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Analyst to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a critical role that will play a key part in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency across our business in the Middle East and African regions. Key Responsibilities: Revenue Optimisation: Work alongside the MD Middle East and Africa to develop and implement strategies to optimise revenue generation across all sales channels, including direct sales, partnerships, and online platforms Sales Process Improvement: Analyse and improve sales processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyse key revenue metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Office Manager (UK Offices) Ebury London Office (Onsite) What you’ll do As an Office Manager, you will be the ‘heart and soul’ of the team, responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly and your colleagues have everything they need to succeed. Working closely with the Country Manager and the HR team, this is a varied and interesting position that requires someone with a flexible, proactive and supportive approach. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Global Business Services, and your main stakeholder will be the country manager and C-Level members. You will provide a focal point for our front-of-house and office operations for our HQ office in London, UK, ensuring the provision of a world-class office experience for our people and guests. You will deliver outstanding assistance to + Ebury employees and visitors daily. You will have a receptionist supporting you to deliver the best-in-class workplace experience. Responsibilities  Office management Deliver a first-class workplace experience for our employees, both office and home-based workers, and for guests of our offices. Managing the primary inbound communication channels and correspondence, including phone calls, mailboxes and physical packages, meal vouchers etc. Assist in the planned and ad hoc maintenance and upkeep of the premises and equipment, including the required safety checks, liaising with contractors as required. Assist in the effective running of facilities contract services, including building maintenance, purchasing, post room, security, cleaning, waste management, stationery, plants, coffee machine, pest control, environmental and building consultancy services, and new suppliers.. General office management duties including meeting room management and conference call facilitation, hot desk administration, supplies and stock management of office supplies, business card administration, company merchandise, monthly office social events, courier bookings, car fleet etc. Moves and project coordination. Manage the landlord relationship. Organise parties and after-work events, and prepare a monthly newsletter. Collaborate in supporting Marketing events. Health & Safety Assist in the duty of care, health and safety programs with comprehensive policies and practices for the office and home-based workers. Assist/coordinate relevant Health & Safety with all staff as necessary. Employee Engagement Lead the planning and coordination of monthly employee engagement activities, including summer events, Christmas celebrations, and team-building initiatives. Collaborate with internal groups such as the ESG team and Women’s Network to support and execute charity drives, donation campaigns, and employee sports clubs to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Travel Assist with ad-hoc travel booking requirements for ExCo members where required. What you’ll need Demonstrable experience in office management/coordination in a corporate environment, including meeting services, events and purchasing. Hospitality experience is a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively. Able to find pragmatic solutions and adapt to changing situations. Strong oral and written English skills. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Friendly individual able to take initiative. Used to multitasking with the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure, but good at time management and setting priorities. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.     ROLE DESCRIPTION

    The Senior FX Sales will have responsibility for promoting the growth of the Ebury brand into the country through independent research and campaigns, targeting larger SMEs to mid-levelpanies.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    Originate new business autonomously targeting Middle Market prospects. Collaborate with sales teams to cross-sell Ebury lending, cash management, FX hedging and payment products. Understand the client's business environments, strategies, and industry to provide the best solution for their situation. Know and understand thepetition's capabilities and gaps to better position Ebury's Banking solutions. Promote sales through frequent client meetings and discussions covering new products, market and industry developments working with the country head. Expand existing business and provide feedback to technology and product managers. Support the Ebury strong client relationship/servicing culture through on-going customer contact, written call reports via Salesforce, quality customer service and superior product knowledge.
    EXPERIENCE
    Strong Financial Services sales experience and contacts network would be an advantage. Experience of working in amercial bank (one or several) selling to mid-size corporates. Coupled with experience in an environment different to a bank (this could be start-up vendor, FX specialist, cash management etc). Experience of the local market. Knowledgeable ofpliance requirements. Ideally with business/finance academic background

    Proven ability to bring passion, energy and motivation to a sales organization. Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals. First-classmunication skills, able to win people'smitment and buy-in Able to develop sales strategies, techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment; presents key selling points, features, and benefits while focusing the message on customer needs and expectations Skilled negotiator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels within SMB customers Quick learner; strong analytical skills Fluent English essential
