Applicants for the above post should currently have the qualifications of HNC Childhood Practice at SCQF Level 7. SVQ Social Services (Children and Young People) at SCQF Level 7 (or equivalent qualification recognised by SSSC). Experience working with children with additional support needs would also be desirable.   This post is considered Regulated Work with Children, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.  It is an offence to apply if you are barred from working with children. We have a great opportunity to work as part of our friendly and supportive HR Case Management team dealing with a varied employee relations caseload.  In this role you will be the first point of contact for managers requiring advice and guidance on employee relations matters; therefore we need an HR Case Advisor who will listen to our customers and provide sound and meaningful advice by contextualising policy, procedures and best practice. The role would suit someone with extensive HR case management experience, is confident to deal with the full range of low through to high-risk employee relations matters and has up to date employment law knowledge.
