    Dss+is seeking a strategic, hands-on Global Digital Marketing Leader to define and execute a modern, AI-enabled digital marketing vision at global scale. This role owns the end-to-end digital ecosystem: strategy, channels, websites, technology stack, data, UX, agencies, and performance. A core mandate of the role is to reshape the global website ecosystem, challenging existing functional and technical choices to ensure scalability, performance, and alignment with future business needs. The successful candidate will combine strong operational execution, people leadership, and a clear point of view on how AI is reshaping B2B digital marketing. They will actively challenge the status quo, modernize how digital marketing is delivered at dss+, and build a future-proof digital engine supporting brand positioning, demand generation, and revenue growth. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy, Vision & LeadershipDefine and execute a global digital marketing strategy aligned with business priorities, growth targets, and brand positioning. Bring a clear vision of modern, AI-enabled digital marketing, translating emerging capabilities into practical, measurable impact. Lead, develop, and coach a global digital marketing team, setting high standards for execution, governance, and accountability. Challenge existing digital practices, operating models, and platform choices, proposing new approaches where they create clear value. Partner with regional marketing leaders to ensure global consistency while enabling strong local execution. 2. Website & Digital Ecosystem TransformationOwn and reshape the global website ecosystem, including multi-language and multi-region sites. Review, challenge, and evolve current functional and technical website choices (architecture, CMS, integrations, governance). Ensure websites support: Clear value propositions and brand positioning Demand generation and conversion Thought leadership distribution SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) performance Define a scalable, user-centric, and AI-compatible website roadmap in partnership with technology and product teams. 3. Digital Channels & Integrated CampaignsDesign and execute integrated, multi-channel digital campaigns across: Websites Marketing automation and email SEO and GEO Paid media Social media Content and thought leadership Optimize lead generation and conversion through data-driven testing, experimentation, and continuous improvement. 4. Technology Stack & AI EnablementOwn and evolve the global digital and marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring it is: Coherent and well-integrated Scalable across regions and businesses AI-ready and future-proof Lead technology decisions across CMS, marketing automation, analytics, and personalization platforms. Drive adoption of AI-powered capabilities across content creation, personalization, campaign optimization, and analytics. Bring hands-on experience with HubSpot and modern marketing automation platforms (e.g., Oracle Eloqua). 5. Data, Analytics & Performance ManagementDefine KPIs and success metrics for all digital initiatives, including websites and campaigns. Monitor ROI, pipeline contribution, and performance across channels and regions. Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations, including UX, content, and platform improvements. Establish a performance-driven culture with transparent reporting to senior leadership. 6. UX, UI & Digital Experience LeadershipEnsure user-centric design principles are embedded across all digital platforms, especially the website ecosystem. Partner with product, technology, and design teams to integrate design thinking into digital experiences. Use behavioral and performance data to continuously improve usability, engagement, and conversion. 7. Brand, Content & Visual IdentityPartner with content and design teams to deliver compelling B2B thought leadership and digital assets. Ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and tone of voice across all digital touchpoints. Work closely with Global Content strategist and Graphic Design Lead to define the creative vision for: Websites Digital campaigns Social media Multimedia content Implement and enforce global visual identity guidelines across the digital ecosystem. 8. Agency & Ecosystem ManagementBuild and manage a high-performing ecosystem of digital agencies, technology vendors, and service providers. Actively challenge providers on strategy, execution quality, innovation, and ROI. Continuously evolve the ecosystem to support new capabilities, AI innovation, and scalability. 9.
