About the role: As part of the Major Business and Strategic Team, the Client Sales Executive will; - Manage and drive performance across your own portfolio of sales opportunities, including issuing quotes, sending tenders to brokers, and negotiating contracts to maximise outcomes - Participate in daily team huddles to plan, prioritise and set up for success each day - Demonstrate strong knowledge of sales processes, confidently challenging where needed to enhance delivery and ensure an excellent TPI experience - Build and maintain effective professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including brokers, sharing best practice across teams - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through effective communication and problem-solving to enhance sales processes and team performance - Take ownership of assigned project work and actively engage with feedback (1:1s, QA audits, call listening) to support ongoing development and alignment of ways of working Who were looking for: To be successful in this role youll ideally - Proven success in B2B sales/account management, with a proactive, target-driven approach and strong commercial awareness - Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, able to prioritise effectively and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Confident and assertive communicator, skilled at building relationships quickly and engaging with customers, TPIs and senior stakeholders - Strong analytical and questioning skills, using insight to shape competitive, value-driven proposals and support reporting accuracy - Flexible and collaborative team player, working closely with internal teams to deliver seamless tenders and drive sales performance Rewards and benefits: As you help us to shape the future, weve shaped our rewards and benefits to help you thrive and support your lifestyle.
