The role involves delivering a professional and evidence-based occupational health service, including conducting medicals, health surveillance, case management, and drug and alcohol testing. The postholder will also contribute to health promotion initiatives, provide occupational health advice across the business, support the development and review of risk assessments and policies, and coordinate the annual flu vaccination programme. Working collaboratively with key departments and stakeholders, the Junior Occupational Health Advisor will play an essential role in promoting a safe, healthy, and productive working environment across the port.
