Managing staff performance, training, and development
Overseeing cash handling, card payments, and instore systems
Managing stock, deliveries, and inventory
Maintaining health & safety, security, and emergency procedures
Supporting the team in all areas, from front of house to kitchen What we need from you: Previous experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment, ideally at manager or assistant manager level
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Passion for delivering excellent customer service
