    About You

    We are looking for someone who is able to listen to the customer’s needs and been able to adapt your skills and knowledge to suit the customer individually. As a Transaction Manager you will have to be confident working to targets and deadlines and being able to maximise every opportunity.

    You need to be able to demonstrate a highly developed sales ability together with an outstanding commitment to customer care, with experience of F&I, deal stacking, 2nd facing, coaching and development of the team and providing assistance to the Sales Manager.
    Motor Trade experience is required to apply, either at a Senior Sales Executive position or from a Sales Manager/Business Manager level.Main Purpose of Job Role
    · Managing and developing all new and used vehicle sales enquiries
    · Managing and developing the Finance and Insurance sales through new and used vehicle sales
    · Maximising the sales and profitability of vehicles and associated products through the effective implementation of the D. M. Keith Way
    · Maximising the profitable sales of eligible finance and insurance products in line with compliance
    · To ensure that all departmental processes and sales team members comply fully with Regulations
    · To carry out a self audit on a monthly basis
    · To contribute to the development of plans, policies and procedures as required ensuring the achievement of all sales tasks smoothly and in a timely manner.
    · To be fully conversant and compliant with all Sales Department procedures.

    A basic salary starting at £23,000 up to £27,000 depending on performance, with a realistic OTE of up to £60,000.

    About you

    The ideal candidate will have experience within the motor trade, and will have worked as an Accountant. You will have excellent communication and the ability to work collaboratively with and influence Dealership Principal. We are looking for a candidate who has either an accounting qualification or is qualified by experience. Candidates will have experience in working with DMS and will also be proficient in Microsoft role will oversee all aspects of the finance function including:
    Preparing the management accounts and composites to submit to the manufacturers
    Overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, compliance and accounting processes including sales and purchase ledger to ensure payments are made, and debts promptly chased and paid.
    Supporting the dealerships management team to ensure timely and accurate reporting, while looking to identify trends and remedy issues.
    Ownership of the sites balance sheet, ensuring it is consistently reconciled and maintained.
    Coach and train junior members of the accounts team.

    About YouYour duties will depend upon your experience and training but as a skilled Technician/Mechanic, you will be able to undertake both minor and major mechanical faults (including engine repairs) and return vehicles back to manufacturer specification and standards.
    We are welcoming applications from Technicians who are NVQ level 2 or 3 trained, or equivalent. Experience working within a workshop environment is desirable, if you have experience in a small/independent garage but are wanting to expand your knowledge then this role is for you!
