    About You
    We are looking for someone who is able to listen to the customer’s needs and been able to adapt your skills and knowledge to suit the customer individually. As a Sales Executive you will have to be confident working to targets and deadlines and been able to maximize every opportunity, converting enquiries into sales.
    As a Sales Executive you will be primarily responsible for generating customer appointments and prospecting in order to maximise car sales in a challenging, target driven environment.

    Full training will be provided for those joining as a trainee, giving you opportunity to attend manufacturer Training Courses and continuous internal Training and Support.
    What we offer:
    A basic salary starting at £23,000 up to £27,000 depending on performance, with a realistic OTE of up to £60,000.
    Working hours that are 5 days per week.
    World-class training provided from our own trainer and our brand partners.
    Uncapped commission with higher bandings for high performance.
    Company vehicle available when you first join.
    Opportunity to increase basic salary every quarter.
    30 days annual leave inclusive of 8 bank holidays, with average commission paid during your annual leave, increasing with length of service
    Preferential rates for servicing and repairs on your family and friend’s cars.
    A workplace pension scheme 
    £25 contribution to eye tests
    Cycle to work scheme
    You must have a valid UK driving license.
    Working Hours (
    Your normal hours of work are between to Monday to Friday, alternate Saturdays 9:00am to 5:00pm and to on will work on a shift pattern to cover the hours required to operate the business. This equates to an average of hours per week over a 4 week period. When you work a Saturday, you will have a day off during the week.
    If you have worked in retail previously, you will be glad to know we close Easter Sunday, Christmas day, Boxing day and New Years Day.

    Key objectives within the roleTo achieve and strive to exceed all targets and sales objectives through a well-developed and motivated sales team.
    Ensure the sales team have full knowledge and understanding of product, promotional and marketing activities, and communicate visions and goals to staff by planning and preparing thoroughly for the daily sales meeting.
    Ensure that the department is adequately staffed in order to achieve departmental objectives.
    Conduct a detailed induction with all new sales personnel, and continue to monitor achievements and review individual’s performance through the Company’s development review process.
    To manage the training and development of the sales executives, developing skills to support improvements in job performance and to aid career advancement.
    Delegate responsibilities to appropriate personnel and monitor progress to ensure the task is completed as directed
    To work with the Head of Sales to formulate policies and procedures to achieve maximum profitability 
    Develop strategies, objectives and action plans to increase business and ensure maximum profitability and volume sales targets are achieved and exceeded.
    Plan, oversee and monitor the completion and success of sales campaigns, advertising and promotional activities to maximise car and extras sales and also create and maintain a positive and professional image of the retailer.
    Analyse current procedures to identify opportunities for improvements.
    Build a strong rapport with financial institutions and other relevant businesses.
    To maximise sales and profitability through satisfaction and retention of customers.
    Ensure appropriate communication is sent to all customers to establish long-term marketing objectives. Consult with customers to establish their needs and continue to maintain good relationships with customers by meeting and exceeding their expectations. Handle dissatisfied customers calmly, resolve complaints with sensitivity and involve others when needed.

    About you
    We are looking for confident, experienced technicians who are comfortable working on their own initiative. MOT testing experience is preferential. We are looking for a Master Technician who is Level 3 City and Guilds motor vehicle qualified or the equivalent.
    What you need to succeed:
    Drive, passion and enthusiasm to succeed.
    Minimum of 5 years Technician experience.
    Master Technician experience preferable.
    Demonstrate capability and confidence in using equipment within the workshop safely.
    At least NVQ level 3 trained with work experience in a franchised dealer or independent garage.
