    We are looking for someone who is able to listen to the customer’s needs and been able to adapt your skills and knowledge to suit the customer individually. As a Sales Executive you will have to be confident working to targets and deadlines and been able to maximize every opportunity, converting enquiries into sales.

    As a Sales Executive you will be primarily responsible for generating customer appointments and prospecting in order to maximise car sales in a challenging, target driven environment.

    Full training will be provided for those joining as a trainee, giving you opportunity to attend manufacturer Training Courses and continuous internal Training and Support.What we offer:
    A basic salary starting at £23,000 up to £27,000 depending on performance, with a realistic OTE of up to £60,000.
    Working hours that are 5 days per week.
    World-class training provided from our own trainer and our brand partners.
    Uncapped commission with higher bandings for high performance.
    Company vehicle available when you first join.
    Opportunity to increase basic salary every quarter.
    30 days annual leave inclusive of 8 bank holidays, with average commission paid during your annual leave, increasing with length of service
    Preferential rates for servicing and repairs on your family and friend’s cars.

    About you
    We are looking for confident, experienced technicians who are comfortable working on their own initiative. MOT testing experience is preferential. We are looking for a Master Technician who is Level 3 City and Guilds motor vehicle qualified or the equivalent.
    What you need to succeed:
    Drive, passion and enthusiasm to succeed.
    Minimum of 5 years Technician experience.
    Master Technician experience preferable.
    Demonstrate capability and confidence in using equipment within the workshop safely.
    At least NVQ level 3 trained with work experience in a franchised dealer or independent garage.

This equates to an average of hours per week over a 4 week period. When you work a Saturday, you will have a day off during the week.

    About You
    Your duties will depend upon your experience and training but as a skilled Technician/Mechanic, you will be able to undertake both minor and major mechanical faults (including engine repairs) and return vehicles back to manufacturer specification and standards.
    We are welcoming applications from Technicians who are NVQ level 3 trained or equivalent.
    Experience working within a busy volume franchised dealer environment is an advantage but not crucial if you currently work at an independent garage/dealer.
    What will you need to succeed in the role:

    Demonstrate capability and confidence in using equipment within the workshop safely.
    At least NVQ level 3 trained with work experience in a franchised dealer or independent garage.
    MOT Tester preferred.
