    About You
    Your duties will depend upon your experience and training but as a skilled Technician/Mechanic, you will be able to undertake both minor and major mechanical faults (including engine repairs) and return vehicles back to manufacturer specification and standards.
    We are welcoming applications from Technicians who are NVQ level 3 trained or equivalent. Experience working within a busy volume franchised dealer environment is an advantage but not crucial if you currently work at an independent garage/dealer.
    What will you need to succeed in the role:
    Drive, passion and enthusiasm to succeed.
    Demonstrate capability and confidence in using equipment within the workshop safely.
    At least NVQ level 3 trained with work experience in a franchised dealer or independent garage.
    MOT Tester preferred.
    Experience in used car prep.
    High Voltage certification is desirable, but not expected

    About YouThe successful candidate will be working within a team, delivering and valeting vehicles for our Bodyshop department. You will need to ensure that all Customer and Company vehicles are presented in immaculate condition and that any faults are identified and actioned prior to the vehicle being handed over to the customer.
    The successful candidate will be collecting and delivering vehicles as per the vehicle job sheet and ensuring that the customer requirements are fully understood. You will also be expected to assist in valeting all vehicles to the agreed standard. You will need to ensure that the pitch areas are clean and tidy, and maintain the staff, customer car parks and side compound areas to the required standard. You will ensure incoming vehicles are processed as required to meet Company standards, maintain a knowledge of the whereabouts of vehicles and to ensure the security of all Company and Customer vehicles utilising the security keyboards. You must ensure all vehicles are presented in pristine condition and you drive customers’ vehicles in a safe and considerate manner at all times.
    All work must be carried out all in a safe, environmentally friendly and economical way, whilst maintaining a presentable appearance and hygiene, ensuring that work wear is regularly cleaned.

    About You
    We are looking for someone who is able to listen to the customer’s needs and been able to adapt your skills and knowledge to suit the customer individually. As a Sales Executive you will have to be confident working to targets and deadlines and been able to maximize every opportunity, converting enquiries into sales.
    As a Sales Executive you will be primarily responsible for generating customer appointments and prospecting in order to maximise car sales in a challenging, target driven environment.

    Full training will be provided for those joining as a trainee, giving you opportunity to attend manufacturer Training Courses and continuous internal Training and Support.
    We have Customer Delight Executives across all our sites who handle the handovers giving you more time to focus on world class customer care and selling more cars.
    What we offer:
    A basic salary starting at £23,000 up to £27,000 depending on performance, with a realistic OTE of up to £60,000.
    Working hours that are 5 days per week.
    World-class training provided from our own trainer and our brand partners.
    Uncapped commission with higher bandings for high performance.
    Every site has someone to do your handovers.
    Company vehicle available when you first join.
    Opportunity to increase basic salary every quarter.

    You must have a valid UK driving license.
    Working Hours (
    Your normal hours of work are between to Monday to Friday, alternate Saturdays 9:00am to 5:00pm and to on will work on a shift pattern to cover the hours required to operate the business. This equates to an average of hours per week over a 4 week period. When you work a Saturday, you will have a day off during the week.
    If you have worked in retail previously, you will be glad to know we close Easter Sunday, Christmas day, Boxing day and New Years Day.
