The role will report into the Deputy Manager and help support the MD in the day to day running of the operation. The role is critical to the delivering the perfect serve pint of Guinness every time, in all areas of the business, as well as supporting the quality serve of Guinness Craft beers produced by the brewery team. This role is critical to the smooth running of day-to-day bar operations, as well as quality control, stock control, ordering, delivery management and cellar management. The role will also ensure that we are compliant with all aspects of health and safety and food hygiene with regards to cellar safety, PPE and weekly line cleaning.The type of person we are looking for will be experienced in stock and cellar management and passionate about establishing the fundamentals which will allow GOGBL to deliver the perfect pint of Guinness every serve.Key elements of the site include:Iconic Guinness Gates as main entrance to the experience, offering huge cultural impact in the heart of London.Restaurants/Taproom/bars – world class food and beer produced and served on site.Central all weather historic courtyard with world class bar experience.Retail spaces, one of which will stock items produced through exciting short-term brand collaborations.Bespoke 5th floor glass box rooftop eating and drinking experience creating brand new rooftop view of London.Brewery and beer experience/tasting tours.Cultural events space designed and fitted out with technology to enable world class meeting and conference experiencesYou will be responsible for:Line cleaning – Carrying out weekly line cleaning of all beer lines, and general cellar cleanlinessWork to the Highest Standards - Install & Maintain dispense equipment across the whole OGB site delivering consumers beer to defined specification Work to defined technical specification – Have the skills and ability to deliver installations to defined pour rates, gas types and deliver flexible dispense solutions.
