Every shift, you’ll: * Assess, diagnose, treat, or refer patients with a wide range of conditions. * Lead on safe, effective, evidence-based care in a triage setting. * Conduct and interpret diagnostic investigations. * Liaise with specialist services and ensure appropriate handovers/referrals. * Maintain meticulous records in line with governance and best practice. * Stay at the forefront of evidence-based practice and CPD. Person Specification Experience * Substantial autonomous practice working within a multi-professional team. * Evidence of using autonomous physical examination and assessment skills in practice. * Broad and sound knowledge of complex and common conditions in primary care in both adults and children. * Experience in one of the following: nurse-led clinics, emergency care centres, out of hours facilities or walk-in centres. * Consolidated independent prescribing experience. Qualifications * Registered Adult Nurse registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC), Paramedic registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) or Pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) - Registered as an independent non-medical prescriber. * A minimum of 2 modules at Level 7. One module must include assessment of clinical examination skills.
