    About the Role
    In this role, you will provide essential administrative support that helps keep our airline operations running smoothly. You will work closely with colleagues across the business, ensuring key processes are completed accurately and on time. Your work will have a direct impact on our ability to operate safely and deliver outstanding service.
    Your main responsibilities will include:
    Coordinating and renewing airside passes for DHL Air personnelPlanning vehicle maintenance and arranging airside vehicle passesActing as a first point of contact for enquiries and escalating when neededProviding meeting support, including preparing materials and taking minutesProducing business-related certificates and uploading them to the training databaseMaintaining training records and monitoring expiry datesSupporting daily and weekly aircraft catering coordinationProviding holiday cover for the wider teamDelivering general administrative support as required

    Required
    Five GCSEs (A–C / 9–4), or equivalent, including Maths and EnglishAdministration experience in a business or similar environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to follow proceduresGood organisational and time‑management skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesClear and confident communication skillsAbility to work well with colleagues at all levelsWorking knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook

    An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Continuing Airworthiness Team, providing hands‑on support to outsourced base maintenance operations.
    The Role
    We are looking for an experienced Base Maintenance Engineer or Technical Liaison professional to act as DHL Air’s on‑site representative at third‑party maintenance facilities. Key responsibilities include:
    Serving as the primary interface between DHL Air (UK) Ltd and contracted MRO/Part‑145 organisations, ensuring clear communication and effective oversight.Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company procedures, UK CAA requirements, and all relevant NAA documentation.Building and sustaining strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external maintenance partners.Supporting Entry into Service (EIS), Return off Lease (ROL), and other major maintenance or project activities as required.Providing assistance to DHL Air’s main operational bases (CVG/LEJ/HKG) when needed.Ensuring contracted MROs deliver high‑quality workmanship, supporting aircraft reliability while meeting budgetary expectations.Upholding the highest levels of professionalism and integrity while performing liaison duties.
    Requirements
    UK CAA Part 66 Licence (or equivalent).Current or previous type approval on B757, B767, and/or B777 aircraft.Five years’ relevant experience in base maintenance or a similar technical environment.Flexibility to travel at short notice, including for extended periods.
    Person Specification
    Self‑motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to consistently follow procedures.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with confidence engaging stakeholders globally.Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
