We're now looking for an Inventory Manager to lead our operations and drive success. On this e-commerce and retail contract you'll have full accountability for inventory operations, continuous improvement and KPI adherence.

✅WHAT YOU'LL DO
Plan, co-ordinate, supervise and report upon the work activities of the team, providing effective communication, leadership, connection, training and development.
Maintain system integrity, Stock Control, Goods Receipt / Dispatch Processes, Reverse Logistics and KPI reporting as per the agreed procedures.
Support the production of site KPI's and reports.
Ensure compliance of all customer requirements and engagement with business partners and customers to promote best in class.

Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing.
Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
You're a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team.
Please note: inventory experience is optional. The essential is the drive to operate in this function and be able to showcase your WMS and leadership expertise in a logistics (or related) industry.
