Key Responsibilities Configure, develop and support ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB and other platform capabilities. Develop and maintain platform automation using UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts and Script Includes. Design and deliver custom applications, workflows and platform enhancements aligned with business requirements.
