    Recruitment of support and clinical staff;  Management of team to include: Rotas, Appraisals as well as inductions Promoting a team environment and culture that is committed to executing a first-class service to our patients Build productive relationships with associates, supporting strong engagement and retention through regular touch base sessions
    Ensure quality for our patients through full compliance with all internal and legislative requirements (e.g. Health and Safety, CQC, Clinical Governance, Company policy)
