About the Role Managing the clinical governance system and maintaining practice policies including Health & Safety
    Recruitment of support and clinical staff;  Management of team to include: Rotas, Appraisals as well as inductions Promoting a team environment and culture that is committed to executing a first-class service to our patients Build productive relationships with associates, supporting strong engagement and retention through regular touch base sessions
