About the Role Managing the clinical governance system and maintaining practice policies including Health & Safety
    Recruitment of support and clinical staff;  Management of team to include: Rotas, Appraisals as well as inductions Promoting a team environment and culture that is committed to executing a first-class service to our patients Build productive relationships with associates, supporting strong engagement and retention through regular touch base sessions
    Ensure quality for our patients through full compliance with all internal and legislative requirements (e.g. Health and Safety, CQC, Clinical Governance, Company policy)
    Support and resolve any employee relations issues to a satisfactory conclusion
    Ensure that the practice is offering the best proposition through their opening hours Ensure each practice is building their reputation in their local area as the ‘go to’ dental practice.
    You will work 40 hours per week, between the hours of 8am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday 
    Pay negotiable depending on experience
    About You Leadership and team management. Good communication skills and ability to work with the public. Reliable. Ability to work in a team. Ability to understand and work with budgets, targets and KPI's.
