    Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

    Are you a friendly, confident and enthusiastic individual
    seeking a career in hospitality? We have an exciting opportunity for an
    Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. You will be part of the Marriott family
    offering outstanding service to our guests and associates. You will also have

    Main Duties-

    ·      
    To maintain guest satisfaction scores and ensure
    compliance of brand standard throughout the operations

    ·      
    Ensure the correct procedures for stock and cash
    handling are being maintained

    ·      
    To ensure full compliance with health and safety
    across the hotel

    ·      
    Empower hosts to provide excellent customer
    service and understand expectations

    ·      
    Ensure the development of supervisors and hosts
    in order to promote in the future

    To assist with the HR duties of the department

    What do you need to apply?

    The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience
    in the food and beverage industry as a supervisor or a manager. It is desirable
    to have experience within hospitality but not essential. The ideal candidate
    will be; well presented, have excellent customer service skills and be flexible
    to work all shift patterns.
