    Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed program and project plans, implementing governance frameworks, and managing stakeholder engagement strategies. Throughout the project lifecycle, you’ll oversee the management of risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.Your role will involve collaborating across functions to define requirements for changes in technology, processes, and controls. You’ll create business cases supported by relevant metrics to aid prioritisation, and document user stories, impact assessments, and functional specifications. Working closely with technology and operations teams, you’ll ensure alignment and clarity in Agile delivery.You’ll support Agile squads and may act as a proxy Product Owner when needed. Identifying business gaps and translating them into actionable user stories will be key, along with owning capability and epic delivery aligned to strategic initiatives. You’ll assist Product Owners and leadership with roadmap planning and provide stakeholder updates using meaningful metrics to track progress and impact. As an experienced Managing Consultant, you will have: Proven experience in consulting, project management, or business analysis within financial services.Strong change management skills across strategy, design, testing, and implementation.Experience working in Agile environments and supporting delivery squads.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.Understanding of Financial Services products and lifecycle events. Some experience managing projects and team members supporting successful project/programme deliveries. You must have a blend of both Financial Services knowledge and soft skills across influence, listening, presentation and team management.  How We Work:Delta Capita is an equal opportunity employer.
