    What will you do?As a member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by developing new opportunities and building strong, long-term client relationships. You will represent deister with professionalism and expertise at client meetings, trade shows and exhibitions, becoming a key face of our brand within the industry. With a deep understanding of our innovative product range, you’ll work closely with both end users and resellers to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored, high-impact solutions that address their specific security challenges.

    We are seeking a confident and technically articulate Solutions Sales Specialist to join our team. This office-based role will be responsible for delivering virtual product and software demonstrations to prospective customers, partners, and internal stakeholders using platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet.  In this role you will identify and qualify potential leads, initiate meaningful conversations, and set the stage for successful sales engagements. Communicate with customers and prospects to understand their requirements as well as pain points to identify new sales opportunities Deliver engaging, structured product demonstrations and webinars via video conferencing tools to clients, partners, and internal teams Tailor each demonstration to meet the audience's needs, focusing on use cases, integration, and business value Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to understand solution updates and customer expectations Set up demo environments and video conferencing techniques Follow up on demo sessions with documentation, recordings, or escalations to technical support if needed Maintain expert-level understanding of company products, software, and key differentiators Log demonstration activity, feedback, and outcomes in CRM or relevant reporting systems Assist with occasional in-person demonstrations and trade events, as required Provide training on specific features or solution, both internally and externally Create structured sales strategies to support ongoing business development Provide insights to marketing and sales teams based on your interactions, helping refine targeting strategies and messaging
