As our Branch Manager, you’ll be the person who keeps everything ticking along - supporting your team, taking care of customers, and making sure the branch runs safely, efficiently, and with plenty of heart. You’ll make your mark by growing revenue, improving utilisation, and ensuring every customer leaves feeling well looked after.This role blends people leadership, customer care, and operational know-how, all while making sure the branch feels welcoming and well organised.What You’ll Be DoingBuilding warm, long-lasting customer relationships through handovers, reviews, and everyday conversations that matterKeeping an eye on branch performance and celebrating the little wins as much as the big onesLeading your team with kindness, clarity and encouragement - supporting their growth and helping them feel confident in their rolesMaking sure rental records, paperwork and admin stay accurate so customers get a smooth, simple experience every timeWorking closely with the wider team to retain customers and keep the fleet movingEnsuring the branch stays safe, clean and operating to a high standard, putting the wellbeing of staff and visitors firstLooking after vehicles so they’re roadworthy, well maintained, and ready when customers need them - avoiding downtime wherever possibleMaintaining strong relationships with suppliers, repair agents and partners to keep operations running smoothlyPreparing straightforward reports and keeping your General Manager updated on anything important happening in the branchAbout YouWe welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds.
