Chambers Wales is looking for a Digital and Membership Assistant who brings energy, curiosity and a positive attitude. If you love meeting people, creating content and being part of a fast-paced business environment, this could be the perfect role for you. What You’ll Do
Create engaging visuals and digital content using Canva
Support social media scheduling and online engagement
Assist with newsletters and member communications
Help deliver events and capture content, stories and photography
Welcome members and support simple enquiries
Assist with onboarding new members
Keep our CRM and records accurate and up to date

A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
Friendly, confident communication and people skills
An eye for design and strong attention to detail
Curiosity about business and how organisations grow
Someone who enjoys building relationships and supporting others
Openness to feedback and development
Full UK driver's licence
