You'll support the Managing Quantity Surveyor and wider project team to ensure strong cost control, contractual compliance and overall commercial performance. The RoleAs Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of live healthcare and education projects.You'll be responsible for supporting procurement, managing subcontract packages, maintaining accurate reporting and ensuring the project is commercially protected throughout its lifecycle.
