    Job OverviewWe are looking for colleagues who are keen and willing to learn, who are reliable, hard-working and detail conscious and who can work as part of a team to help us meet our customer’s needs.The role is permanent, full time (37.5 hours per week) working Monday to Friday 12.00 to 20.00 shifts.Key Responsibilities:• As a Warehouse Operative you will contribute to the continued success of the business through accurate and efficient processing of orders.• Working with pick lists and dispatch notes, you will accurately pick goods from various locations throughout the warehouse.• Operating both manual and automated packing lines matching the correct products to the customer orders.• Undertaking stock replenishment ensuring the stock is stored in the correct locations with the products easily accessible from the pick face.• Operating a clean as you go ethic you will ensuring that the warehouse is kept neat, clean and tidy and housekeeping is maintained in all areas.• Willingness to work across different areas within Logistics with varying physical demand, if needed.Skills and Experience:• Ideally previous experience of working in a fast paced warehouse environment• An ability to work to, achieve and exceed targets without close supervision• Be organised, with effective communication skills and able to work on your own initiative, take responsibility and prioritise tasks• A willingness to assist colleagues when required and having a strong customer service focus is essential• An awareness of Health and Safety procedures and safe systems of work would be an advantageWhat We Offer:Generous holiday entitlementAuto-enrolment pension schemeOnsite free parkingSubsidised canteen50% Damart colleague discount on own brand productsWellness programme, rewards, and recognition schemesPeace of Mind Benefit / Death in Service Read Less

A working knowledge of HTML coding and video editing is also essential.Key Responsibilities:•Conceptualise and design best-practice, intuitive solutions that meet customer and business objectives. •Design home page elements and e-mail promotions to a stated brief, including building HTML versions ready for broadcast.•Deliver all design elements to schedule, accurately and according to the online promotion plans.•Ensure all customer communications on digital applications are in line with ‘tone of voice’ and the UK business strategy to maintain consistency across all channels.•Follow and adhere to the correct workflows and checking procedures, promoting a ‘tidy housekeeping’ ethos that allows the team to work smartly with seamless transfer work between team members.•Monitor competitor activity and market trends to ensure Damart is relevant in the market whilst keeping our customer in mind.Skills and Experience:- Degree or equivalent / further education in art & design.- Technical skills and experience required include - Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier and After Effects). User experience tools, Digital UX/UI, HTML and animated banners, Microsoft Office Suite.- Experience and expertise in agile web design and development methodologies desirable.- Strong skills in layout, typography and infographic creation demonstrated through your portfolio.- High level of attention to detail.- A creative outlook with a can-do attitude and an ability to work as a team player and contribute ideas into the mix.- Good organsational skills able to achieve deadlines.
