We are looking for a Warehouse Op/Forklift Driver (Counterbalance or Reach) to join our team in Stonehouse. Permanent roles available on day shifts. Please note we are a chilled environment. Hours of work - Day shift, 48 hours on a 4 day rotating shift pattern. You will be responsible for all cheese despatches, ensuring that products to customers meet the specified requirements upon shipping. This is working as part of a close knit team carrying out the following duties: Preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)Receiving and processing warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)Performing inventory controls and keep quality standards high for auditsKeeping a clean and safe working environment to optimise space utilisationManage stock levels and rotation of finished product, intermediate products, waste products, rework, ingredients, packaging, cleaning materials, effluent chemicals, engineering items and other ancillary goods. At a minimum, counterbalance licence & experience is essential, along with: A good standard of English (written and communication)The ability to work efficiently as part of a teamExcellent attention to detail, ensuring production meets strict food hygiene standardsUnderstanding of health and safety procedures We offer competitive rates of pay depending on experience, along with good career prospects.
