    As Senior Field Marketing Manager, you'll be at the heart of our growth engine operating as a true startup within Dailymotion. While part of the broader EMEA structure, your focus is laser-sharp: own and scale the UK market.This is a true field marketing role, not integrated marketing or product marketing. You'll work like a true startup founder: hitting events, crafting creative sales materials, finding innovative in-roads and out-roads to market, and building the playbook from scratch.Here's what makes this different: you'll move fast with complete autonomy and entrepreneurial freedom, while having the full backing of an established global company with 20 years of media expertise. You'll have access to experienced UK sales professionals who understand market dynamics, field marketing experts in France who've built similar programs, and global resources for credibility and strategic insights. It's startup agility with enterprise support.Your existing UK network and market knowledge will be a massive accelerator. You won't need months to understand the landscape you already know it, and you can immediately activate your connections to create opportunities and drive impact from day one.This role is for someone who wants to craft their own job and daily reality. You'll own the entire go-to-market strategy for the UK market from designing commercial offerings and creating high-impact campaigns to orchestrating key commercial moments throughout the year. Think major sporting events, cultural moments, product launches, and strategic industry activations where you'll drive the vision, coordinate stakeholders (Social, PR, Events), and ensure brand alignment. Your wins directly fuel UK market growth and unlock bigger opportunities for you.Reporting to the Field Marketing Director, you'll work closely with UK Sales Leads and VPs, requiring sharp communication skills, empathy, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments remotely.
     What You'll Do GTM Strategy & Commercial OfferingsDesign and launch tailored commercial offerings for the UK marketBuild the annual commercial calendar: identify key moments (industry events, seasonal opportunities, product launches) and create campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue in the UKLeverage your existing network and deep UK market knowledge to open doors and accelerate market penetrationWork with the global content team to adapt global messaging to UK market needs, collaborating with experienced UK sales and France field marketing expertsDefine KPIs, track performance, and iterate based on data and UK market insights Campaign Orchestration & Field ActivationLead end-to-end field marketing campaign development from concept to delivery across Social, PR, Events, and partnershipsDevelop high-quality sales enablement assets you're the strategic architect working hand-in-hand with UK salesFind creative in-roads and out-roads to the UK market: conferences, partnerships, unconventional activations. Startup-style field marketing with enterprise resourcesActivate your network to create strategic opportunities and partnerships Sales Partnership & Market PresencePartner with UK Sales Leads and VPs to solve real business challenges and drive revenueNavigate multi-stakeholder environments remotely with empathy, influence, and strong communicationElevate Dailymotion Advertising's visibility in the UK through compelling content, executive positioning, and storytellingRepresent the brand at key UK industry events and conferences, backed by global media credibility and your established market presence
    Qualifications

    ✅ Must-haves5+ years in marketing with 2+ years specialized in adtech/CTV: Strong marketing foundation first, then deep dive into adtech. Not a career-long adtech person, but someone who built marketing excellence then specializedDeep CTV expertise is essential: Know the Connected TV space inside-out (streaming platforms, video advertising, OTT, AVOD, competitive landscape, market direction)Solid understanding of the adtech ecosystem: Programmatic, SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, and how digital advertising operatesAgency background : You understand client-side thinking, move fast, and craft compelling narrativesEstablished network and deep UK market knowledge: You already know the UK adtech/CTV landscape, have relationships with key players, understand buyer behaviors, cultural nuances, and can hit the ground running with your existing connections Nice-to-havesExperience at high-growth startup/scale-up in adtech, programmatic, or CTVBackground with complex, international sales organizationsFamiliarity with AI-powered advertising solutionsExperience building field marketing programs from scratch Location & TravelBased in London : Hybrid setup with 2 days/week at our coworking space (The Ministry, Borough Road)Event attendance required: Regular UK industry conferences and events as part of your field marketing strategySporadic travel: Occasional trips to Paris for HQ alignment and France field marketing team collaboration
