  Job Description
  
  Salary: £41,377.32 per annum basic.  Shifts:5 on 3 off shifts available AM & PM shifts available. Drivers will be required to Night Out - £25 Night out allowance per night. Shift Premiums as below:Start times available between 12:00 – 19:59 – Shift premium of £10 per shiftStart times available between 20:00 – 03:59 - Shift premium of £15 per shiftOvertime (working an extra shift outside of your agreed shift pattern)Monday to Friday - £16.90 per hour.Saturday - £20.09 per hour.Sunday - £22.84 per hour.Driver duty premium applicable to Drivers who work over 11 hoursDriver performance bonus Shift allowance applicable to some shift patterns 
  Qualifications
  
  Possession of LGV Class 1 LicenceCurrent CPC and Tacho Card. Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and current drivers’ hours.Excellent communication skillsAbility to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.Effectively prioritise workload in order to meet set deadline

  What You’ll Be Doing:Delivering palletised goods to regional distribution centres across England and WalesCollecting palletised stock from local/regional suppliersTrunking stock to and from other Culina group sitesDriving for top-tier clients with limited handballOccasionally sleeping overnight in a vehicle (with generous allowances)We know flexibility matters.
